FAQ

Common questions

Is Vehicle Marketplace the vehicle seller?+

No. The marketplace publishes the listing page and routes inquiries. The identified dealer or seller supplies the vehicle and handles the vehicle transaction.

Do buyers need an account?+

No. Buyers can browse inventory and send a vehicle inquiry without creating an account.

How do I contact a dealer?+

Use the Ask about this vehicle form. We route the inquiry using the vehicle reference so the appropriate seller can respond without publishing dealer contact details.

Are price and availability guaranteed?+

No. Inventory can change quickly. Confirm price, availability, mileage, condition, title status, and financing before making a purchase decision.

What does financing available mean?+

It means the vehicle supplier indicates that financing may be offered. Approval, rates, terms, down payment, and eligibility are determined separately and are not guaranteed by the marketplace.

What is included in a vehicle report?+

When offered, the report may include title, odometer, brand, theft, salvage, total-loss, lien, recall, accident, or other provider data. Coverage varies and is not a substitute for an inspection or title verification.

Can I get a refund for a vehicle report?+

Digital report sales are final once the report is delivered or made accessible, except where required by law. Contact support if payment succeeds but access is not delivered.
